Sandy Bridge or Ivy Bridge CPUs (BIOS update required for the latter).

I read on a few forums that I need to pick a 65W CPU... so I saw these options out there. Can you confirm if they are valid?

Intel 2nd Generation (Sandy Bridge):

Intel® Core™ i7-2600S Processor  - 65 W

Intel® Core™ i5-2400S Processor - 65 W

Intel® Core™ i5-2405S Processor  - 65 W

Intel 3rd Generation (Ivy Bridge):

Intel® Core™ i7-3770S Processor  - 65 W

Intel® Core™ i5-3550S Processor  - 65 W

You don't really need a 65w CPU. A regular CPU (non-S) would do fine. Just don't get a K CPU since you can't overclock the CPU on the X51 R1.
