Thank you so much for the help. Just tried to get help from Dell and was hung-up on twice. Then got the message that Tech Support for Alienware is closed for the day. Thought Tech Support was 24/7. My bad.

Could be a few things...
1: Memory
2: Hard drive corruption.
Do you know what the blue screen code is? Usually just need the first set of codes in the line. Starting with 0xblah blah then a number and letter.

I've had quite a few blue screen shut-downs. Just two sets of the numbers are:
0x00000050 (0xfffff82002e10620, 0x0000000000000000, 0x800033314f9, 0x0000000000000005).
0x00000000a (0xfffffa84098a06f8, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff80002e784ab)

Hi,
I suggest you get your service tag to "Chris" from Dell here on the forums so he can help you get support on this.
