Hi,

Does this also happen when you restart the system? Try flashing the system BIOS to the latest version, click here for the BIOS download link (only do this if you do not have the latest version).

My computer has the latest bios update A10 what I did was resset the computer to its factory settings and now it shots down fine but still every time I turn it on it iniciate slow then b4 and I can not pass the fact that this problem happen so it may happen again, I have search and when that happens it's probably something wrong with the motherboard I hope it never happens again but I have a feeling that it will, I can not resset the computer every time it happen. I mean don't get me wrong it's a 5 month destop which is Alienware top class and very expensive it should not had this kind of problem so early plus now it's slow when initiating

Hi,

Try running an ePSA/Diagnostic test on the system to check the main hardware components, click here to view a Dell article that explains how to run this test. Let us know if you receive any errors.

I ram the tests no issues whatsoever, everything seem normal all passed

So since you reinstalled the operating system, the issue has not happened again?

Exactly after I did resset the pc to its factory settings the issue was gone, now it's working normal.
