There is program called Support Assist, you may already have it installed. This is a system diagnostic tool, you can run tests on the components. Try running a video card stress test to confirm how high the temperature goes. If you do not have the program installed, click here for the download link. To run the stress test, click Checkup first and then click where it says run custom scan, choose the NVidia/AMD card and select the stress test option. Let us know how it goes.
