Alienware x51 Upgrades

Question

So I currently own an Alienware x51 r2 with all of the original parts (including the i3 processor) and am looking to upgrade. Will I be able to use an i5 4440 and gtx 970 while remaining within my 330 watt power limit, or am I going way over?
