Hello everyone, I am a long time reader, but first time poster.

I purchased my new alienware aurora back in feb of this year. So far it has been the best PC I have ever owned. I do have a few questions that if anyone can answer that would be great.

My PC, Intel i7 920 x85, ATI 5870, 9gb ram, 875psu

My 5870 has the most recent drivers and everything is up to date. I have been getting verticle grey lines on both of my monitors once and a while and I have read that others have seen that too. Are there any fixes to that?

As for the ATI 5870 issue with the Grey lines. It doesnt happen when I boot up. It probably happens 2-3 times a week, either in mid game or just if im browsing the internet. It is refered to as the "verticle gret line screen" 

After this happens i can still hear sound and everything is working just no screen, I just do a hard reboot and everything is good to go.

So are there any problems with what i have said above? I just want to make sure I let dell know if i am having any issues so i can get hardware or whatever replaced before warranty runs out.
