The liquid in the system shouldnt have to be changed for a few years at least, not sure if there is a program that checks that sort of thing tho, im sure dell will supply you with a new refill kit if you feel it has to be replaced. I didnt have my liquid cooling on my aurora for long, i got fed up with the constant 60 + temps and replaced it.
