In the mean time, open the case, check all the connections that were removed and replaced are secure. I would also remove the video cards and check for any damage to the pins that the tech might have caused. If you have more than one video card check that the bridge is securely seated.
The connection on the m/o board can be viewed in the manual. Make sure they are all back in place.

You do need to call Dell and register the issue.

Gotta love the support from this site. I know I know, just call support but sometimes we hope for help outside of hours of talking on the phone. :(
