This is an extremely common problem with the R4 Aurora and this forum has many threads discussing the issue. Before you decide what do next, search this forum for "r4 cooling" and read
If you are still under warranty, then you might at least consider going for a third water cooler from Dell. If not, there is absolutely no reason to replace it with the OEM cooler. You can have it's sibling or even it's better relatives for less than half that price. The Corsair H50 to H80i line is a direct bolt on replacement (no hardware modifications required). I recently replaced my fully functional Asetek stock cooler with a Corsair H80i and am now 15-20C cooler. There are some drawbacks to switching these out relating to the Dell proprietary wiring harness. See the related threads for full discussion.
