Automatically disable touch pad when a mouse is plugged in

I just got a new !7 R3 to replace an older Alienware laptop.  On my old laptop there was a check box on the touch pad options that would automatically disable the touch pad when a mouse was plugged in and automatically enable it when the mouse was unplugged.

I can not fined this option on the R3.  The driver is version 19.0.15.15 dated 10/15/15

Hi,

With the new 17 R3 the driver doesn't have the option to automatically disable the touch pad when a mouse is connected. So,the easiest way to disable/enable the touch pad will be by pressing FN + F11, when you plug in a mouse.
