battery not charging while playing
i've been experiencing this bug since last year when i got this game, which makes playing not fun. it applies to dawn of war 2, chaos rising, and retribution. the issue is that while playing, the laptop stops charging the battery, forcing me to quit the game, unplug, and replug the charger, not from the port in the laptop, but from the wall.
i don't experience this bug in other games like metal gear solid 5 and fallout 4 in ultra graphic settings

Hi,
When the issue happens, does the light on the AC adapter also go off? Send me your Service Tag in a PM so we can look further into this.

i also have the same problem with games like lol or rocket league (but when i aplied shader to rocket it stoped)
I think that it hapen due to hybrid bios . when you play a game that doesn't need the power of the power suplay the system say to stop charging and take the power just from the battery so the fps decrease.
and when you unplug the brick form the wall the internal chip of the charger reset or something like this
but when we play some end game the laptop need the 180 w of the charger.

issue resolved itself from a game or driver update.
