I have not heard of this issue. Please list for me the specific drives installed.

Blu-Ray Drive:
HL-DT-ST DVDRWBD CH20N SCSI CDROM Device
Hard Drive:
ATA ST3000DM001-9YN1 SCSI Disk Device
These are the details according to Device Manager, should be a Blu-Ray Reader and 3TB Hard drive was the options I selected when I purchased the PC.

Odd issue. We will see if any other customers with that HDD are reporting the issue.

Ok, no worries. Everything works fine otherwise and I've got extended warranty to cover if something does.
