Bluetooth Issue: I Need Assistance

So I got my Alienware Alpha R2 about 2 weeks ago, so far so good I've enjoyed myself quite a bit with this powerful tiny PC. I have however ran into my first issue its with the Bluetooth. So I've updated all the drivers and my Bluetooth is running perfectly fine according to the diagnostic I ran specifically on the Bluetooth. My issue is that I cannot get my Bluetooth to even detect my wireless Bluetooth headphones or my wireless Bluetooth speaker I recently purchased. It immediately detects my phone and I know how to use Bluetooth (I'm not a total noob) I turn on both items before I attempt to detect them to no avail. I've done quite a bit of web surfing and research to try to fix the problem myself and the only solution I've been able to uncover is that I may need to download third party software drivers for my items to sync up with the Bluetooth. That option comes with risks though and I'd rather not risk it if its a much simpler fix than I'm making it out to be. If anyone can help me that would be phenomenal, and I'd forever be grateful. Anyways if you took the time to fully read this and have at least tried to help, then you are just as much appreciated. I'd love to hear all the ideas/experiences people have had with this topic/issue. (All Comment Welcomed)

I don't have an Alpha-R2, but it's just a small Windows-10/64bit-based desktop, right?

Sounds like your drivers are OK since phone pairs, but who knows. IIRC, the Bluetooth drivers or "stack" comes with Windows-10.

As you know, the computer's Bluetooth has to be working, but does NOT have to be set to "Discoverable" for it to work. Only the Bluetooth device that you are trying to attach needs to be. Typically, you do something special to device to put it into "Pairing Mode". After initial Pairing, it has permission to always connect without any additional actions on your part. Reboot and try to Pair soon after all background processes (TaskTray Icons) load.

Now ... Bluetooth devices (especially audio ones) have something called  Bluetooth Profiles

However, "being a Speaker" is pretty standard stuff. Also, not sure if a mis-matched Profile capability would keep it from even Pairing.
