Cannot Change Backlight Color on Tower
When I open the alienware command center the change the backlight colors on my Aurora ALX, I find that I can only change the colors of the lights on the keyboard and mouse. When I try to change the light color on the tower/chassis, it simply does not work. The picture in the command center shows the lights changing, but the actual lights stay exactly the same.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the command centre. (DONT USE THE ONE ON YOUR RESOURCE DISC GET IT FROM DELLS SITE) If that does not work than the board controlling the lights might be fried. If you have warranty call dell and they will replace it. If not then I dont know what to suggest .
