Can't finish updating on Console Mode on Alienware Alpha
I went straight setting up Alienware Alpha on Desktop Mode and installed antivirus program, and I have been trying to set up the Console Mode through Alienware UI shortcut on desktop. And it kept asking for updating new version on screen after several attempts of installing the new version. The xbox controller cannot be selected during Metrolast light game. Only some buttons work on the controller.
Please help.

Has it been since day one that your Alpha console is unable to run Metro Last Light?
By the way, have you tried maybe running a system restore on it?
