i have the alienware 15 R2 and i use wet napkins to get all the oily parts out of the keys on the keyboard and the palm rest.

just wipe with wet napkin and instantly wipe again with dry tissue ( don't let the liquid from the wet napkin stay on the matte surface or it will stick to it and you'll have a harder time cleaning that )

try to find the one with the highest percentage as it would clean anything easier

okay, how sure are you? I mean I read somewhere I shouldn't use alcohol to clean it.

I've use my screen cleaner and microfiber cloth for some time now to clean the keyboard and laptop surface. Just wt the cloth and wipe. It does a great job and helps resist oily spots.

The computer should be off so pressing the keys won't <ADMIN NOTE: Profanity removed as per TOU> up anything.
