Command center not opening

Question

Hello! I got an alienware 14, its only a month old, but i got some software issues with it. First of all when i open the alienware command center, i can see it loading, and then i can see it on the taskbar, but even tho i click on it 100x, its just not opening...What can i do with it?  2, Whenever i use command prompt, its with really small letters, unreadable, and it also closes 1second after processing a command. Lets say ping x.x.x.x it checks the ping and closes right away... How could i fix this? Wouldupdating to win 10 solve these problems? Regards.

Hi,  Have you already tried reinstalling the Command Center application? Are you using Windows 8.1?
