Hi stewartps,May I know the exact system model?Drain the MB power. Disconnect the Power cable, press and hold the power button for few seconds and release to drain the flea power.Update BIOS to latest version.Now create a new AlienFX theme:
Reinstall the latest Alienware Command Center.If needed, create a new AlienFX theme again.
