Hey cyberlasha,
"Walking Ones" is one of the RAM diagnostic methods used by Dell's online diagnostic suite. I'd encourage you to use the Dell diagnostics outside of the OS (press F2 when the system is first starting up & if prompted, run the extensive memory tests).
But typically this means that the system's RAM is failing & should be replaced.

When I press F2 Bios is coming up, nothing else.

I'm sorry, I've had my head in a lot of HP systems - they're F2. F12 is Dell's boot menu then choose "Diagnostics."
