go into bios(look for which key to press when its booting). set boot device to your dvd drive. put in your windows cd. format the hardrive. install win 7 on partition. reinstall drivers from dell site. This will fix any software problem and remove any virus.

He is telling you to reinstall windows. It is the only true way to be sure the virus is gone. It will also fix any issue with windows.
