Flash tool for bootable USB needed

I recently messed up my computer by installing an A11 BIOS from an A01 BIOS and im trying to reinstall A01 using a bootable usb but I can't find a flash tool for it and im honestly not quite sure on what to do once i get it.  I have a H869M Aurora MOBO if that helps too.  Any help is appreciated. Ive been without my baby for a while now because of this
