geforce experience problems
i have been using this machine for past 15 days and compared to my other laptop (msi dominator) i have been having issue of heat and "geforce experience" it does not start automatically and i am not able to record vids .. seems as if the bug of intel gma existing still haunts this machine.. why ct dell just disable this completely like msi and give us hassle free gaming..
also max frequency in turbo boost says 3.6 where as i have observed that max it goes to is 3.09

Hi lalitsehgal21,
About the GeForce Experience issue, try reinstalling it.
How are the temperatures of both CPU and GPU looking in gaming?
What are you using to read the frequency of the CPU? You will need to use CPU-Z while using a benchmark to get the max out of it. Make sure the OC profile is loaded in the BIOS. Besides that, to get the max speed you have to test a single core, this is achieved by setting the affinity of a task in the task manager and selecting only one core (you'd have to do this with the benchmark tool you use, we recommend Prime95).

Try a clean install of the video driver from our website, if the same happens, then try it from the Nvidia's website.

I would recommend downloading Geforce Experience from this site:
http://www.geforce.com/drivers
First uninstall GeForce and clean the registry using a free registry cleaner such as CCleaner or:

I personally use IOLO System Mechanic as it has more features but it isn't free.
Or you can first try reinstalling the Geforce Experience but be sure to select perform "Clean Install" after the drivers have downloaded. (look for this option after you select install)
In Geforce Experience first "optimize" your games. GF will select the best options based on your system. A small wrench object on right side screen, mid frame, should show recommended resolution, display, and optimized for either quality or performance. Leave all in optimal.
On your desktop right click and select NVIDIA Control panel. Initially I would recommend disabling G-sync (under DISPLAY) if your monitor has that function. Also under 3D Settings ensure the PhysX settings are set so the Processor is selected as "Auto-Select (recommended)
