Graphic driver for M17x - Windows 7 x64

Hello

Can anybody tell me which graphic driver should I use on an Alienware M17x (GTX 280M) with Windows 7 x64 installed on it?

I've tried using the latest drivers (from nvidia.com) and the ones recommended by Dell on their support page... but none of them seem to work ok... The driver crashes almost every day, but on different occasions (when I open a game or a youtube page...) and sometimes it even crashes the entire system (BSOD). So... which driver is the right driver?

(or is this a hardware problem?)
