There is a possibility that windows is updating the drive and is causing the problem I will recommend you to make a clean installation of the driver and right after that disable the windows driver update by following the instructions on this guide.
Thank you, i will try and report later, my laptop just did a same thing today, now it said "System_service_exception......" Should I resintall my Window too? I'm using Window 8.1

Yes it will be better if you reinstall windows.

Okay! I did everything but It still happen today, I think my GPU was damaged. Will Dell replace it for me?

Did you perform the clean installation of windows and all the drivers?
Are you still under warranty?
