HDMI in Alienware 18

I have my PS4 connected to the HDMI in port on my Alienware 18 (purchased 10/1/2014).  The color is dull and the brightness is low.  I have enabled on the PS4 HDMI RGB - Full.  I have looked through all the NVidia settings and the PS4 settings and I am not able to fix the poor color and low brightness.  I have brightness set to max and power profile set to High Proformance.

I have seen YouTube videos of other users using the HDMI in and their quality blows mine away.

Anyone have a fix?

Windows 8.1 Professional 64-bit

On Screen Display Dvier: Application_XFKFC_WN_0.33.0.11C_A01

I have used 3 different HDMI cables.  All 1080p, Ethernet, 7.1 audio capable.  All cables work but have the same issue with washed out color and low brightness.
