Hi all,   I bought a alienware just last week and i decide to format the alienware and now i am missing some of the program. 1)Steam 2)custom wallpaper and startup and shutdown screen as the sofware mention above it not provide into the cd where can i posibble dl it and i cant register myself in the offical alienware website as i dun have the invoice number as this laptop is purchase from a local shop.i try asking from them the invoice number but those guy cant provide it to me.any help would be great Laptop model is M15X ALIENWARE

for Steam go HERE and get it . the custom wallpaper and screens are something Dell puts on perhaps another M15X user will help you there.

&#xa0;&#xa0;is it free or do i need any sort of seril key for it? &#xa0; I assume you mean Steam?&#xa0; Steam itself is free to download/install, and doesn't require a serial.&#xa0; It's just the front-end/GUI for the gaming platform. Your Steam ID is required however, before you can log in to use it. &#xa0; I personally prefer to use the full cache version of the Steam installer (get it here), then I use the Steam installer (available here) to update it

The custom wallpapers are downloadable on support.dell.com (down right now, grr).  Click on your division (small business/home) Drivers and downloads, put in your tag, and there is the download list.
