Help Please , Alienware M18x R1 , Keyboard And Touch controls located near the top of the keyboard Not WORKING

Hello Guy's ,first of all I'm a beginner  not an expert so any help would be appreciated . 

My keyboard stopped working even in bios and in  safe mood along with all the controls around it 

Wireless Control  , Alienware Command Center , volume ,etc

I teried everything , I removed the battery and pressed the power button for 20 sec 

I tried to set the bios to default But nothing it still dead .

it was working just fine but one day the ctrl stopped working so i did a restart but  

i found out that everything stopped after rebooting , But the Touchpad is ok .

I can find the keyboard in the device manager and it says that it's working 

i did uninstall the reinstall for the keyboard driver also nothing 

The Caps & Num lights is working during the windows start i really don't know what is the problem 

and why the commands pad also stopped i can't adjust the volume any more .

So can any one till me what seems to be the problem , Thank you in advance for your attention .
