Help with AlienFX music

Hey guys, basically I'm encountering a problem with alienfx, the lighting works fine, and I can change all the zones to whatever i want, including the flashes and morphs. The problem however is that for some reason alienfx doesn't light upto music anymore, I don't know why it doesn't work now, it used to work with iTunes and windows media player. But now it doesn't work with either, please help me.
