High Ping whenever gaming

I have had the alienware 14 for just over a year now. I have no complaints whatsoever until recently whenever i try to play game such as League of Legends or Battlefield. I stay at a constant fps (for league I purposely cap it at 60) but i have high ping. Its not really a ping spike that occurs every 5 or 10 minutes but rather fluctuates between high and low ping. 

I have tried re-installing the wireless driver (Killer Wireless N-1202) as well as rolling back the graphics driver, however nothing has worked. The internet I am using used to work fine for me, and still works for all of my housemates, so I highly doubt its the isp.
