If you can send it back for a refund I would. I wouldnt recommend getting it repaired as I and a lot of other people have had horrible experiences with the support.
contact tech support via phone? if its warranty less then 21 days i beleive you can get a refund but warranty would cover replacement/repair unless for some reason dell cant cause your in a remote area but ive had my alienware replaced 3 times ( 4 systems man i got 4 hats now LOL ) this one seems decent enough still dont think it was the new one i was promised but atleast it turns on and everything works so far :<
I appreciate the concern and will take it into consideration, but I still have no idea how to open a ticket for replacement/repair/refund as the website seems to consist of broken links and conflicting information.
Also Alienware support doesn't seem to exist anywhere on the site.
