How to find my Alienware Aurora model #
Hello, I would like to find out what my model is, I have the service tag#, but I still can not find out my exact model#.

What exact model number of Intel processor is installed?
Also, does your machine have motorized louvers on top?

You may try going to http://www.dell.com/support/my-support/us/en/19/Products/ and place your service tag into the space and see if it populates the model for you.

Hey bud..wondering if you could help me find the specs to my computer? I inherited it and dont know the exact specs my brother had it customized to and the dell website isn't picking it up. It doesnt have a model number either
