Internet Connectivity issues
Hi there, i want to write about a problem i face with my alienware laptop everyday.
I keep on getting disconnected from the internet every single time i try to load up a video or play an online game.
Can someone please help and suggest a few ideas on how to overcome this problem? TQ
PS: I just bought a month a go (Alienware M14X)

Driver updates can do wonders. I had this issue with a new system I got a few months ago and a new driver fixed it.

Try using a real ethernet wire.

Is the wireless signal strong? Did you try to test the system with a different network?
