keyboard light and power button not showing any lighting
no light on keyboard,but theres lighting on shoart command keys.
track pad and power button dim light
No Events found!

Make sure the BIOS is up to date.
Then check this article: Alienware Command Center Quick Guide | Dell US , see the video: Test your system lights using the AlienFX Tester so you can run the AlienFX tester and see if all the lights will come on.
