Keyboard lights :( m14x

Hi,

First check the settings in the Command Center application and also run the AlienFXTester. Here is a video that will show you how to run it:

If the issue persists uninstall and reinstall the Command Center by following the steps below:

1- Go to the Control Panel, look for the Alienware Command Center application and uninstall it.

2- Turn the system off.

3- Then try a power drain by disconnecting the battery and the AC adapter. Then hold the power button for around a minute, reconnect the battery again and close the system.

4- Then download the Alienware Command Center and Install it. Restart one more time. Click here to get to our support website and just enter your service tag. Then go to Drivers and Downloads. Make sure you choose your OS accordingly and look for the Command Center software on the Applications Tab.

Hey, thank you very much for responding me, however, I got no success in all that,:/

I mean, alienfx tester did change my alien in front of my keyboard, touchpad and lights under the palmrest.

Keyboard still no light :/

If the reinstallation  of the Command Center has already been done, then looks like the keyboard needs to be replaced.
