Dear Dell, please uphold the Alienware brand and post updated drivers. Do not make me regret not getting an ASUS.

I have the same problem...
Impossible to play Dark Age of Camelot or World of Warcraft without a complete freeze...
The only way to play a long time is to have only basic graphics and run on Intel HD Graphics.
If no issue found, i'll certainly return the computer to dell.
This problem added to the hinge problem... it's a bit too much.

Romalian, All,
If the games start using the Discrete GeForce GT 335M 1GB video card, go into the games video options and disable shaders. Does this allow the game to run?

I bought a gamer's special computer to play my games with full effects, not to play without.
But to test, i tried to disable shaders in DAoC and WoW but it didn't change.
The two games frozen...
I decided to test the games on another laptop, with an ATI video card and it works.
Another laptop with another Nvidia card, Quadro 135 NVS, it works too.
Is it a problem only on the M11xR2 ?
Is there a solution or i must ask a computer return and money back with aid of a consumer's association for latent defect ?

The lack of a reply from Dell on this thread has convinced me to never buy a computer from them again.
