M17x Keyboard Problems

First of all top of the morning.

I'm a gamer. I play multiple games from CoD to World of Warcraft. My problem is there are multiple keys which do not function while holding the shift and space bar simultaneously. This multiple key press is required for some of the games that I play, and since alienware's are suppose to be a gaming machines, I was hoping there would be a fix to this. Does anyone else have this problem? A couple keys that don't work for me while holding cntrl + space are e, d, and c. There is more but you get were i'm going. I Feel a little burnt. I feel like I just spent 3000+ dollars on a machine that can't recognise 3 keys pressed simultaneously. Ive called tech support and was basically told to get a USB Keyboard ( wow ). This is a returnable offence enough issue for me to return notebook. Just wondering if there's a fix before i start the process.
