M17x R3 Graphics problems

my r3 is 14ths old still in mint condition, the ati hd6970m graphics card has failed, no real warning apart from a few screen flickers. the card has never been overclocked

is it possibel that this is from a bad batch of cards?

do i have any rights to get an rma'd swap from dell?

thanks

What do you mean by failed? What was the last thing that happened before it failed?

If you're in warranty please send us an email at AWsocialmedia@dell.com with your service tag and phone number, we'll review your case and have one of our techs contact you soon.

I am 2 months out of warranty and this i believe should be looked goods are supposed to be fit for purpose and last a reasonable length of time. 14  months is not long enough i also understand there were problem batches of these cards. Ideally i would like this part replaced
