Hi Guys,
I have 6gb RAM with a 4gb in slot 1 and a 2gb in slot 3.
Can I put another 4gb in the unused slot to make 10gb? Or do i have to go either 8 or 16?
Thanks
Russ

sorry i meant 4 4 4 = 12gb 1600 ddr 3 if you have 3 slots
i'd go 4 4 4 4 1600 ddr 3 = 16gb its cheap enought as a kit, and then sell off the old ram to recover some of your cost's.
