For us to better assist you, please provide the Alienware model name and revision that you are using. We recommend you try to reinstall the Audio driver, use the driver that is on the Dell site. Try using the Windows 8/8.1 driver if it is listed. Let us know how it goes.
I am using an alienware aurora r4. Also, there has been a release of a windows 10 audio driver for realtek. Should I install the windows 10 one or the windows 8/8.1 one?
