Migrating Alienware Respwan activation codes to another Alienware

Hi, I have been using the Premium Alienware Respawn for 2 years since purchase until I sold away my Alienware M17 R4 yesterday. So before I handed to the new owner, I had it factory restored. I had reinstalled the Respawn application just to be sure the code will not be duplicated on my newer Alienware. So when I use the activation codes provided in my receipt of the Alienware Respawn purchase on my Alienware M17 (Haswell), the error prompted 'Upgrade Failed'. Previous OS which the Respawn is used is Windows 7 and now I reinstalled in my newer Alienware in Windows 10. Please help. Regards Damian
