Hello, I came upon an issue after resetting my Alienware 17 R4 which makes my keyboard and screen dim after a few seconds of inactivity and my computer goes on sleep mode after a couple minutes of inactivity. I've set every power plan to never, Turned off adaptive brightness and sadly, I couldn't disable battery saving technology on my Intel Graphics control panel which was a number one fix for this issue since there's no option for it. I even disabled inactivity timer on AW Command Center. What is happening exactly. I've never experienced something like this. I find this issue very annoying.
