Need help with aliensense
Hello I just got my m11x and was wondering how I get the facial recognition to work..... Any help is appreciated

Any particular problem that you're having? I would be happy to help. You can also go onto the Sensible Vision website and into the Support section. There's a link to a rather extensive online knowledgebase there that should help. You can also write to us directly using email addresses on the same page and we'd be happy to help further.

I have no problems but.... dont know where the facial recognition is located on the computer...

If you have it at all it will be part of the Alienware Command Center. If your computer is newer, however, then you likely don't have it because Dell decided recently to stop including it. Fortunately if this is the case for you, you can actually get an even more advanced version of the same software directly from the manufacturer - Sensible Vision. Go to the Sensible Vision website and download a free trial.
