You can create the recovery media using our Dell Backup and Recovery software. The program should already be installed on your computer. You can find it by clicking Start, Settings, Update & Security then Backup. In case you don’t have it, you can download it by clicking on this link.

Can I to create a boot external disk with the original configuration manufactures using the option the Windows Backup?. If I have a disk problem can I return to original factory configuration?

I read that other people had a problems with Dell Backup and Recovery and Alienspawn using Windows 10. Another post said that after install Dell Backup and Recovery other disks were created and he could not create USB external disk.
I got worried. It should be something simple, many people who buy a computer are not experts.

You can create a full system backup but that will not include the operating system. You will still need to install Windows first with all of the system drivers and applications, then proceed by restoring the backup created with Dell Backup and Recovery.

Windows 10 has an option to create a USB disk or create a recovery from it. Just type in the word "create" in Cortana Search, the two options are shown.
And I think it worked because a week after buying the PC I needed already use.
There is a serious mistake or a serious failure of compatibility between Kasperskay Antivirus 2016 and a version of the Nvidia driver. The error is so serious that in my case Windows did not come back.
I used the USB drive and restored the machine. Removed the Nvidia driver, installed Antivirus and then installed a newer version of the Nvidia driver.
Over the years the technology should be easier, but it seems that this more difficult.
