I ordered on Oct 20th. I was told after the first delay it was nothing to worry about, I could get it any day. I was told basically the same thing after the second and third delay. The fact is, customer service does not know when it will be ready to ship. That's fine, I've waited nearly sixty days. I will wait seventy and then cancel. I think I am being more than fair.

Ordering around Xmas is always a but dicey but things do seem worse this year. Anyway, sorry to hear about that.
