No POST, No error codes, no help.

Question

3 weeks ago my Aurora R4 locked up. Completely unresponsive. I force shut it down, and it would not start back up. The fans run, the power light is on, but no video output. After searching for possible causes and solutions and finding nothing that worked, the next day I took it to a local computer repair shop. My knowledge of computer hardware is very general, so I let professionals look at it. They said they tested the hard drives, video cards, memory, and the only thing they could come up with was a motherboard issue and told me to call Alienware to see if they might extend my warranty. The guy I talked to from customer support would not tell me anything, because my warranty was out. I'm not sure why a warranty is needed for technical support. I bought a replacement motherboard, same model I had, just swapped it out, same outcome. No POST, no error codes, nothing. Can anyone shed some light on what is wrong with my machine? I'm losing my mind without my PC. Thanks in advance.

Hi, This could be a video card failure. Do you know if the repair facility that worked on your system tested other video cards with the system? Also, have you tested another video cable and monitor?
