Nvidia GTX 560M VBIOS
Hi, my alienware lags awfully as some of you may know, ive decided that as a last resort im going to update my VBIOS. Any advice on how to?

Please let me know when there is a lag. Is it on any specific application?
Dell recommends updating drivers provided in the Support website which are specifically tested for your computer.
You may consider updating BIOS and video driver. Click on the link below, enter the system service tag and click Submit. Select the Operating system from the drop down list to get drivers for your system model:

your pc may be stuck in integrated graphics. in-game look for multiple gfx card support or apply/switch graphics with nvidia control center...
this is your problem fixed here: http://en.community.dell.com/owners-club/alienware/f/3746/p/19406234/19963356.aspx (fn+f7)
you might want to look in bios for permanent change...

Updated all drivers, still loads of lag in any game I play. Any other idea?

Please run diagnostics on Video card and Video Card Stress. Click on the below link:

Under ‘Hardware’ from the listed components under ‘Diagnostic Selector’ select ‘Video card’ and then click on ‘Run Diagnostics’. Follow on screen instruction to run the test and reply to this post with the status to assist you further.
