O.C. i7 970

Question

when looking at the thread for manual overclocking within the bios, i seen alot of processors but not specifically the  i7-970. Wich is what i have. i did see the i7- 975 in there, would that be a close template to look at for overclocking the 970? i dont want to take it to the extreme like pumping 4Ghz out of it. just trying to get my feet wet here.   thanks, cypress

my mate has the 970 and pointed these two out to me for some good info. Hope it helps.
