Yes, issue still remains. Typing 'Addition' and 'Equal signs' triggers the repeating and deleting of multiple characters the most. Especially for math equations.
What is your specific keyboard and mouse models and part numbers? Are you in the USA or Canada?
The Alienware TactX Manually specifically states, * To ensure full functionality of the mouse, connect it to a High Speed USB 2.0 port on your computer. You should not connect it to a standalone USB hub * To ensure full functionality of the keyboard, connect both of the keyboard USB connectors to two High Speed USB 2.0 ports on your computer. You should not connect them to a standalone USB hub
In your case, the monitor is a standalone USB hub. So we also have been using it incorrectly in our testing.
UPDATE: I am using my keyboard/mouse plugged straight into Desktop. The mouse lag is gone, and the keyboard lag is decreased, but still experiencing problems typing the equal "=" key. I have to type it about 3 times before it will become permanent (as the cursor will automatically backspace, and if I re-type the equal key too quickly, it will delete approximately 10 characters).
You do have both of the keyboard USB plugged in? I need the following in a private message. Click my username, click Send Message - Name: Email Address: Shipping address: Phone number: Order number: Reason/Issue: AW keyboard/mouse issue

If you remove the printer from the monitor USB and plug it into the PC USB, do you still have the issue?

We tested the following Alienware devices on our Alienware AW2210 monitor and could not replicate the issue.
Alienware keyboards 0P895N, 0M868N
Alienware mice 0K251D, 0U254N

I have the same KB (it's the standard "free" Alienware KB) ... Equal "=" key and all keys work fine. Have you tried it in WordPad ?
Sounds like you might have a bad keyboard (rare now-days but it happens).
