That is actually only possible if the name plate was ordered with the system on the original configuration from the website and is missing or was engraved incorrectly. I can always check if there's a way, send us an e-mail to AWsocialmedia@dell.com with your service tag, name, phone number and best time to reach you, include your request, the link to this thread and my name, I'll see what I can do. :)

Hello JSTIFF,
The name plate can only be personalized through Alienware when the system is configured on our website.

Thanks again for the quick response and information. The build and delivery of my new alienware is about three weeks out.
Once I receive it I will send an email with the service tag and other info requested. I look forward to speaking with you again soon.
