Problem & Issues After Fatory Restore

Firstly, I would like to say, Alienware M17x-R2 user here since Oct 2010.
Never had a problem, no issues whatsoever, until 18.12.2012 when I Factory Restore my laptop.

Now, problems of the EPIC proportion:-
1. Game freezes instantly when I enter the Game Menu. And I mean, ALL games literally. From Modern Warfare 1 up to Black Ops II and Far Cry3. All the same freezing up issue. And there is nothing I can do (including CTRL+ALT+DEL), and have to force to push and hold the alien button until it switches off.

2. When I leave my laptop unattended for like 30 minutes or so, it will also freeze.

3. My StarDock Colors only works with 32 bit (High) color display. Fine. But when I use 32 bit, my screen is blurry and fuzzy. When I switch to 16 bit color display, all my Alien icons are missing and stuff.

Solutions tried:-

1. I have downloaded ALL the required drivers from this Dell website. Still the problem persist.

What should I do now?
Please help as I do not want to lose my faith in this product.
